What We Do

Since 1993 aTerra has been creating original online content and licensing these services to customers including AOL Canada, Sympatico and the Discovery Channel. Brands we've created include The Big Plate, @Canadas.net, Maple Square - Canada's Internet Directory and SpaceRef - Space News as it Happens.

Since 2002 we have been focusing on expanding our information retrieval solutions, vertical search and now offer custom information retrieval solutions in the form of content aggregation, RSS/XML news feed development, and web crawling.

A web crawler, also known as web spider, spider or bot is a software program which browses the World Wide Web in a methodical, automated manner.
